Reservations for Child Care need to be made as soon as possible so the churches will know the number of staff needed. Deadline to register is Thursday, May 25, 2012.
Childcare instructions specific to each site location:
St. Andrew UMC, Plano requires:
- Pre-online registration: http://www.standrewumc.org
- Sign-in sheets will ask for food allergies and special instructions for each child.
- Photo ID will be required for pick-up of your children. NO siblings will be permitted to pick up children.
- A snack lunch must be brought by parent for all day childcare.
- Severe allergic conditions should be discussed with childcare coordinator at sign-in.
First UMC Plano and Custer Road UMC require:
- The below health release filled out, notarized and brought with the child when dropped off.
