Alice G. Coder was born in Burlington, NC, earned a B.A., cum laude, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, and M.Div., magna cum laude, Perkins School of Theology, SMU. Alice is currently associate pastor at First UMC, Plano, serving previously at First UMC, Garland, and Arapaho UMC, Richardson. She and her husband, Gary, are parents of adult children, Katherine, Ellinor and Christopher.
Douglas J. Fox was born in Miami, FL, earned B.S.M.E. summa cum laude, University of Houston, and was an engineer at Southwest Research Institute. Doug earned the M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from University of Texas. Doug then earned the M.Div., summa cum laude at Perkins School of Theology, SMU, and is presently serving at First UMC, McKinney. He and his wife, Jana, are parents of Nathaniel and Nolan.
Anna K. Hosemann-Butler was born in Vicksburg, MS, earned the B.A. in English, Mississippi State University, a M. Div., magna cum laude, Perkins School of Theology, SMU. and the PhD. in Ministry from Brite Divinity School, TCU. She was a journalist and professional actor, and associate pastor at First UMC, Allen. Anna is now serving at Spring Valley UMC, Dallas. She and her husband, Ted, are parents of John and Kate.
