New Covenant booth attracts attention

Sponsored by the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce, Taste and Trade has 15 years of success in attracting thousands of community members to its carnival like atmosphere and collection of organizational exhibits. For the first time, New Covenant UMC, Sunnyvale, participated as one of these exhibitors. The attractively decorated booth displayed a number of items representing and telling the story of New Covenant. The booth was adorned with helium balloons, a specially designed large banner, DVDs of church activities (including youth mission trips) and other items of public interest. From left, Rev. Mark Moore, Bill Gilbert, Cindy Wolfe and Jack Skelton staffed the booth.
