2007 V.I.M. PROJECT 'The Pet Place'

5/18/2007

Mexico

Honduras

The Volunteers in Mission (VIM) Task Force invites every church to support the PET project with a donation of $250, the amount it costs to build one Personal Energy Transport (PET).

Why PETs this year? Typically we bring "stuff" to annual conference.  Our goal is to raise awareness that many United Methodists connection project exist where YOU can serve, thus helping the sick and poor.

The PET Place in Luling, Texas is a workshop where volunteers build PETs and ship them all around the world to people living in remote areas where a normal wheelchair won't work.

Look for the PET table at the aAnnual Conference in the Plano Centre for more information or to make your donation.
