Mulberry UMC is biker's rally rest stop

Members of Mulberry UMC, Sherman-McKinney District, celebrate a successful day of providing a rest stop for the 22nd annual Autumn in Bonham Bike Rally on Sept. 27. The church provided refreshments, rest facilities and a shady place to catch their breath for several hundred cyclists who took on the 64-mile challenge. Mulberry’s historic site with its pre-Civil War cemetery, is a favorite stop for the riders. Rev. Dee Morton is pastor of the congregation.
