Hamilton Park UMC hosts 1st Fridays for young adults

The Park Young Adult Ministry, Hamilton Park UMC, Dallas, will host a series of "1st Fridays at The Park" events beginning June 1 at 6:30 p.m. in the church's Christian Life Center.

The monthly Christian-based networking opens with a mix and mingle moments and includes live music from "The Park Posse," Christian Hip Hop Rappers Bobby and Chris Burris of The Christian Beat Team, an open microphone session led by Dallas' "first lady of spoken word," Tisha Crear, and a hip-hop flavored word from pastor E. Light.

Young adults, ages 18 and older, regardless of religious belief, ethnicity, or gender are welcomed. Admission is a $5 love offering at the door.
