 First UMC, McKinney, concert features new organ
March 15, 4:30 & 7:30 p.m.

 

First UMC, McKinney, presents Bradley Welch in concert on the church’s new pipe organ. Welch currently serves as Artist-in-Residence at Highland Park UMC, Dallas. He is the winner of the 2003 Dallas International Organ Competition, and received the Audience Prize for the second time.

Welch made his European debut in August 2005 at Chartres Cathedral organ in France. He has also appeared as soloist with the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra, the Ft. Worth Symphony Orchestra, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Welch is a graduate of music from Yale
University.
