Single Adult Ministries

In 1994 people never married, and those divorced, widowed, or separated, were almost 40% of the total adult population--74.9 million (Cox, William J., Designing A Single Adult Ministry, (Nashville: Discipleship Resources, 1996), p. 9).

It follows then that ministry to single adults is vital to churches everywhere!

The Apostle Paul said to the Christians in Corinth, "You are the body of Christ and individually members of it" (1 Corinthians 12:27). We are excited to recognize and welcome each person, regardless of his or her marital status, into the church and its ministries.
